Therapeutic CPAP level predicts upper airway collapsibility in patients with obstructive sleep apnea

The major finding of this study is that therapeutic CPAP requirement provides information about the collapsibility of upper airway. This could be used to distinguish between patients in whom a highly collapsible airway is a dominant factor contributing to OSA.
