Management of CPAP treatment compliance using telemonitoring in OSA

Telemonitoring was shown to be more cost-effective than standard care for the management of OSA. In this specific study, there was no improvement in compliance. Telemonitoring could facilitate a reduction of work load at sleep units running at maximum capacity.
