Effects of CPAP therapy on LV diastolic function: a randomised, sham-controlled clinical trial

This clinical trial investigated CPAP effect on LV diastolic function compared with sham treatment in severe OSA. CPAP treatment for 3 months improved LV diastolic function more than sham treatment, as well as improvements in arterial stiffness and ventricular-vascular coupling.
