Detection of mild cognitive impairment in middle-aged and older adults with obstructive sleep apnoea

Older OSA patients are more at risk of MCI and dementia, therefore this study suggests that clinicians should systematically use MoCA to identify patients with cognitive impairment and to track changes. MMSE could not acceptably detect MCI in OSA patients.
