Association of Unrecognized OSA With Postoperative CVD Events in Patients Undergoing Noncardiac Surg

In total, 1218 adults undergoing major noncardiac surgery were included in the analysis. Unrecognized severe OSA was significantly associated with increased risk of 30-day postoperative vascular complications however more research is needed to assess whether interventions can modify this risk.
