Sex differences in the associations of obstructive sleep apnoea with epidemiological factors.

Male predominance in the prevalence of OSA is known, however the association of gender and epidemiology it is unclear. Significant sex differences were observed for associations of self-reported OSA with age, marital status, abdominal obesity, physical activity, hypertension and symptoms.
