Positive airway pressure therapy is challenging for patients with epilepsy

OSA is common in patients with epilepsy and treatment adherence is an issue. This study provides an understanding of PAP adherence in a chronic population and the need for careful monitoring. Therapy couldn’t reduce AHI in approximately 72% of patients
