OSA treatment and blood pressure: which phenotypes predict a response? A systematic review

CPAP and MADs are associated with reductions in BP. Patients with more elevated BP values and aged <60 years are more likely to exhibit a more pronounced BP-lowering effect. Patients with severe desaturations experienced a greater BP reduction on treatment.
