Influence of nocturnal insomnia symptoms on OSA diagnosis in a clinical referral cohort

The present study identifies an inverse relationship between the occurrence of chronic insomnia and a diagnosis of OSA: As the number of nocturnal symptoms of chronic insomnia increases, the likelihood of OSA is reduced.
