Effects of short-term CPAP withdrawal on CVR measured by blood oxygen level-dependent MRI in OSA

There is recurrence of OSA and immediate effects on blood pressure after CPAP withdrawal, however with no effect on CVR or CBF assessed by functional MRI. In conclusion, CVR is not affected by short-term CPAP withdrawal unlike peripheral endothelial function.
