Actimetry in infant sleep research: an approach to facilitate comparability

Infant sleep research has been limited due to different algorithms and nighttime sleep focus. Sleep quantification was optimized by applying adjustments that overcomes discrepancies between algorithms. This method improves daytime sleep analysis, includes parent-reported diaries and leads to increased comparability.
